Questions companies ask
What does it cost?
The clerk app and the web office are free. Park (counter) sales are never charged. Online tickets are 0% commission for your first six months, then 3.5% of the fare, on online tickets only. The passenger pays a separate ₦500 booking fee on each online ticket; it is not taken from your fare.
When do I get paid?
Online sales are settled to your bank account the next morning, by trip date. Each settlement comes with a statement per departure.
Do I need to change how my park works?
No. Your clerks keep selling at the counter in the clerk app, and passengers who booked online show a QR that the clerk scans. You set your own fares and how many seats are open online.
Will the rate change after six months?
The switch from 0% to 3.5% is automatic. Any later change needs 30 days' notice that you acknowledge.
How long does setup take?
About 30 minutes with a Bus Pal agent at your park, in 10 steps.
Who controls refunds and cancellations?
You choose a cancellation policy from presets when you onboard and can edit it in the web office. Passengers see it before they pay.
